MediaSpark Establishes Reseller in Asia
First Sale to National Stock Exchange of Thailand

Sydney, Nova Scotia, January 5, 2004 - MediaSpark Inc., a leading IT and eLearning company, announced today that it has entered into a reseller relationship with The Corporate Machine (TCM) of Singapore to promote and sell the award-winning GoVenture® line of business simulation products into Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and South Korea.

The National Stock Exchange of Thailand is the first significant purchaser of GoVenture in the region, and will use GoVenture Entrepreneur and GoVenture Stock Market simulations to deliver business training to teachers and students across the country.
