MediaSpark wins Silver World Medal -
Finishes in the top 25 at New York Festival

Sydney, Nova Scotia, November 06, 2000 - MediaSpark IT Solutions Inc., an emerging IT company, announced today that it was among the top 25 award winners in a major awards competition in New York City.

MediaSpark captured a Silver World Medal with its GoVenture® - Live the Life of an Entrepreneur CD ROM Business Simulation in the New York Festivals 2000 International New Media Awards. GoVenture competed with over 900 international new media entries. For 42 years, the New York Festivals has honoured excellence in all communications media, receiving up to 16,000 entries each year from 64 countries. This win comes on the heels of awards and accolades at the Baddeck International New Media Festival, the Association for Media and Technology in Education Festival and a five-star "excellent" rating in PC Magazine.
