Sydney, Nova Scotia, August 31, 2000 - MediaSpark IT Solutions Inc., an emerging IT company, announced today that it has successfully completed a private placement. The financing will be used to further MediaSpark's GoVenture strategy. The terms of the investment have not been disclosed.
